Problem Identification:
Commercialization planning is time consuming, labor intensive, and requires constant updating or it quickly becomes irrelevant - there has to be a better way.
Idea into Solution:
Serving as Chief Strategy and Product Officer of Corval.io, set the strategic vision and oversaw the development and launch of a SaaS-based platform spun out from a consulting firm focused on biopharmaceutical commercialization that reduced the time and labor required and could easily be maintained and updated.

A Private Equity backed consulting firm needed to grow and expand their offerings.
Idea into Solution:
Designed and implemented a product development framework to help the company identify and evaluate opportunities to create new offerings and generate new revenue beyond services alone.
